         Game Meal & Tournament Hospitality Information 2014-15         

 

 

►  FOOTBALL 

  • Game Meal Information:  Students participating in football will have the option of purchasing a pre-game meal plan from Jason’s Deli.  Parent volunteers are needed to help distribute the meals.  For additional information, volunteer sign-up and payment, please attend the Football Information Meeting on Wednesday, September 4 at 6 p.m. in the gym.
  • Tournament Hospitality Information:  No Football tournaments.

 

  VOLLEYBALL

  • Game Meal Information:  Students participating in volleyball will have the option of purchasing a pre-game meal from Jason’s Deli.    For additional information and payment of meal plans, please attend the Volleyball Information Meeting on Tuesday, September 3 at 6p.m. in the gym.  
  • Tournament Hospitality Information:  Creekwood sponsors a Hospitality Room for coaches and referees at one volleyball tournament each season.  Parent volunteers are needed to help in the Hospitality Room on tournament days.  More details and Sign-Up Genius information coming soon.

 

 BASKETBALL

  • Game Meal Information:  Students participating in basketball will have the option of purchasing a pre-game meal from Firehouse.  For additional information and payment of meal plans, please attend the Basketball Information Meeting (date TBA).   
  • Tournament Hospitality Information:  Creekwood sponsors a Hospitality Room for coaches and referees at one girl and boy basketball tournament each season.  Parent volunteers are needed to help in the Hospitality Room on tournament days.  More details and Sign-Up Genius information coming soon.
 

 TRACK & FIELD, CROSS COUNTRY AND SOCCER 

  • Game Meal Information:  Meal plans are not available for Track & Field, Cross Country and Soccer. Parents may bring food/drink to CMS front office by 3pm on game/meet days.  At Track Meets, concession stands will be open for athletes to purchase food/drink. 
  • Tournament Hospitality Information:  Each year, Creekwood sponsors a Track Meet at Kingwood High School.  Parent volunteers are needed to work the Concession Stand in one-hour increments.  A request for parent volunteers will be sent out prior to the Track Meet.  No tournaments for Soccer or Cross Country.
